肉松Omelette

I think my dad invented this dish a while back but only recently did Nathan discover the wonders of 肉松 omelette.  肉松 (rousong) is a classic staple in almost every Chinese household.  Typically it's eaten with rice porridge for breakfast and kids love them because it's super flavorful and requires little chewing (James calls it meat candy).  I've been using them as filling for omelettes (together with cheese) and it's become Nathan's favorite weekend breakfast.  He loves it so much it even wanted to learn how to make it!
