For Nathan's 9th birthday, he requested an electric guitar and his wish was granted early today! James took him to a guitar store to "browse" and after trying out a bunch of guitars, they came home with a good entry level one (Epiphone Les Paul).
Nathan is super excited and first song he and James have tried playing is the classic "Smoke on the water". Even Evan approves "pretty good!"
Fingers crossed this renewed interest lasts more than just a few weeks :)
